The Canmore Seniors’ Association 2018 Annual General meeting will be held on September 17th in Creekside Hall at 2:00 pm.
At the meeting the members present will be asked to approve the minutes of the 2017 AGM. The minutes are available on our website for reading or downloading:

The minutes will not be read out at the meeting so please review them beforehand and come ready to vote on the motion to approve them.
The CSA Budget for 2018-2019 has been approved by the Board and will be presented to the membership at the meeting. The budget is also available on our website for reading or downloading:

If you have questions about the budget please contact any Board member or bring them to the meeting.

The Election of Directors is also on the agenda. Presently we have 11 members either continuing their terms or ready to be new on the Board and we can accommodate up to 4 more new members. Don’t forget we need 70 members present to have a quorum so please make sure you come to the AGM. September 17th, 2:00 pm, Creekside Hall, Seniors’ Centre.
