Start and end of hike at the Sand Traps Restaurant at the Canmore Golf and Curling Club. Meander through part of the Canmore Golf Course, then hike off trail along Bow river's dry flood channels and cross two small islands. lunch at the Sand Traps restaurant, no reservations necessary.
