Park at Harvie Heights gravel parking lot – off Harvie Heights road, 1.5 kms east of hamlet of Harvie Heights.

Glaciated mountains and limestone walls surround the perfectly clear Boom Lake. The trail climbs through pine, fir and spruce forest.
