About Avery Levesque, BVP Program Manager:
Avery Levesque, BVP Program Manager is a community-focused leader with more than 20 years of experience in public service, trauma-informed practice, and grassroots engagement. Throughout his career, he has supported individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult moments, always with compassion, dignity, and respect.
With nearly 17 years in specialized policing roles, Avery developed a strong understanding of how to support people and families during times of vulnerability, grief, and uncertainty. These experiences shaped his commitment to person-centred care, meaningful connection, and working alongside people to find practical, compassionate solutions.
As Program Manager with Bow Valley Palliative, Avery brings this experience to a setting where comfort, dignity, and connection are at the heart of the work. He is committed to helping create programs that reflect the unique needs of individuals and families, support them through their palliative journey, and strengthen connections within the community.
Avery’s approach is grounded in empathy, integrity, collaboration, and a belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported.
