Join us as we celebrate the Induction of the Class of 2022 to the Bow Valley Sports Hall of Fame on Thursday September 15th. The Bow Valley Sports Hall of Fame & Bow Valley True Sport and Recreation Council are promoting Sport, Recreation and Mountain Pursuits in the Bow Valley and honoring the individuals who have shaped sports and mountain leisure in our unique community.
The 2022 Bow Valley Sports Hall of Fame Induction Celebration will honor these 8 new Inductees:
- Chic Scott – Pioneer / Mountain Pursuits
- Barry Blanchard – Athlete / Mountain Pursuits
- Glen Sather – Builder / Hockey
- Graham MacDonald – Builder / Hockey
- Paul Stutz – Athlete /Alpine Skiing
- Rosanna Crawford – Athlete / Biathlon
- Brendan Green – Athlete / Biathlon
- Alex Kaleta – Athlete / Hockey

If you are involved in sports, recreation or mountain leisure in the Bow Valley and elsewhere, if you were part of one of our Inductee’s journey or if you just want to show your gratitude for what these Inductees did for our community please join us on Thursday September 15th.
This year’s event is held at Banff Park Lodge and our program includes:
- 6:00 pm Cocktail hour, Silent Auction opens
- 7:00 pm Dinner
- 8:00 pm Induction Ceremony
- Video presentations highlighting each of our Inductee’s contributions
- Inductees will speak about their careers
- The Master of Ceremonies for the Celebration will be Marty Von Neudegg.
Profits from the 2022 Bow Valley Sports Hall of Fame Induction Celebration go to the Bow Valley Sports Hall of Fame Athlete and Coach Assistance Program providing financial assistance to athletes and coaches in the Bow Valley.
