Leave Canmore at 8 for delicious breakfast at Emerald Lk Lodge. Ski Alluvial Fan (6 kms total) followed by drive back to Natural Bridge and ski to Picnic Table viewpoint on Kicking Horse Trail (3.8 km one way). Yoho grooming being now done by Parks for first time in several years (previously Field volunteers). May arrange cars if people interested in ride sharing; otherwise leave Canmore at 8am and meet at Emerald Lk Parking lot. Must walk to Lodge for breakfast and can be icy.
NOTE: Above changed due to Emerald Lake Lodge closure.
