Route follows the Helen lake trail to the ridge, then down to Katherine and unnamed lake, up to pass between OXO and Dolomite, down along creek and short bushwhack to Mosquito Creek trail. Car shuttle required between Mosquito Creek and Helen Lake trailheads.
I will not have access to internet Aug 11-15 so will respond after that.
