Start and End of hike ( snow shoe ) at parking lot behind Starbucks cafe on Railway Ave.
Light grippers recommended for the icy spots, gators and possibly snow shoes with the ( not always reliable forecast) of new snow ? ” Cougar spray ” does not weigh much. On and easy off trail through various dry river channels ( partly covered with safe ice shelf ) and some nice views.
