This is a short GRIPPER walk up COAL MINE which starts at furthest Ribbon Creek parking lot. Trailhead is Ribbon Creek (35-40 min drive) by big sign and washrooms at 7:30pm. 230 M in first few kms. to viewpoint and turn around. While one could snowshoe, the snow is rather crusty so grippers highly recommended. Hoping for clear skies and sighting of FROST moon. Please send Covid releases via email earlier Friday. Temp should be around zero to low minuses. P.S. Parking lot at Ribbon is a skating rink!!! Bear spray good idea.
