A hike to two cirques above the treeline- each with their own lakes – we plan to visit both depending on time.
Trail is an old logging road to start and becomes narrower through the bush. We may need to bushwack a little if the lake along the way is flooded as it was 2 years ago.
Hiking from Sawmill parking Lot.
6.5 hours hiking including lunch.
Drive to the trailhead will be via Hwy 40 to Peter Lougheed Provincial Park and then north about 15 km.
