In a quest for adventure, British born dentists, Drs. Peter and Annie Hornett, travelled with their two very young sons to a remote community on the northernmost tip of Newfoundland to provide dental services in isolated communities. Their original two-year commitment lasted for thirty years, during which they encountered people who maintained traditional cultural practices…in essence authentic Canadiana.
Join Annie and Peter as they describe facets of providing dental care in remote locations and present viewpoints on distinctive and significant Northern Newfoundland and Labrador handicrafts.
