Tim Johnson

Tim Johnson is the Alberta Program Associate with the Yellowstone to Yukon Conservation Initiative. His work to help advance Y2Y’s work in Alberta combines his love for mountain landscapes with an academic background in geography, with a focus on advancing safer highways for wildlife and people, and supporting efforts at sustaining the land, water and wildlife in the Rocky Mountains and foothills of Alberta’s Eastern Slopes.

In addition to his work at Y2Y, he is also involved with coordinating the volunteer trail care program with the Friends of Kananaskis Country. His love of maps and self-powered travel usually result in any free time being dedicated to exploring the backroads and trails of the west by bike.

This presentation will be made on Zoom and the link to it will be in the Paper Trail the week before the presentation.
