Let’s bring in the first evening of the new year with a (fingers crossed) moonlight hike to Grassi Lakes. Bring ice grippers, hiking poles, warm clothes, and a headlamp just in case our predicted “waxing crescent moon” doesn’t cooperate. Join Linda and myself afterwards for chili and some new year’s cheer.
*Jim Mullin will also lead a group at a D pace on this hike. All other details of the hike remain the same (including, of course, the Chili and cheer!) If you wish to do this hike at a D pace, please email Jim directly at jkmullin@telus.net.
