This trailhead is located off the Demonstration Forest Loop south on #68 Sibbald Creek Road. We start on a trail called Moose Creek Loop and follow Moose Creek. Tom Snow is part of the Trans Canada Trail and is mostly through lovely forest with views opening up to Moose Mountain and Jumpingpound Ridge to the west. Clifton and I recon’d it recently and went only to kms 6.7. Tom Snow continues right into West Bragg Creek Trailhead but we are not even going half that total distance.
