Will drive via Hwy 40 then Smith Dorrien to Peninsula parking area. After a short flat approach the trail is somewhat steep for a sustained period. Excellent views of the Kananaskis Lakes area.
Take note : From Canmore to Upper Kananaskis Lake travel time approx 1.5 hrs From Canmore to Powderface Creek south of Bragg Creek - travel time approx. 1.5 hrs.
