You'll meet at the Benchlands Trail Parking lot for 10 min before 9:00. And I'll meet you at the Barrier Lake parking lot around 9:30 ish. We'll have lunch at the summit and if we feel like heading up to the fire lookout, we'll do it. Don't forget your Bearspray and Mosquito repellent.

We may take a short side trip to look at Burgess Shale fossils, depending on weather and how busy it is.
Lots of up & down with a few steep sections. Meet at the top of the TransAlta Stairs for 10:00. Lots of parking at the top of Hospital Hill. Bring your lunch, bear spray & bug spray.
