This will be a hike up to Castle Mountain Lookout. There are no technical sections on this relatively short hike that has a gradual incline just about all the way to the destination. Largely in forest at the start there are (or can be) some fine views of the Bow Valley at the destination.
Grippers are mandatory. Also bring bear spray, lunch etc.
