Route follows the Helen lake trail to the ridge, then down to Katherine and unnamed lake, up to pass between OXO and Dolomite, down along creek and short bushwhack to Mosquito Creek trail, about 2km from trailhead. Car shuttle required between Mosquito Creek and Helen Lake trailheads.
