We are promised a moon, although the tiniest sliver; the moon is to rise at 10:35 am and set at 6:40 pm, while the sunset is forecast is for 4:45. Meeting at 4:45 seems optimal. The waxing moon will be in Phase 1 only, so headlamps will be needed. All participants are invited to a casual celebration at 282 Grizzly Crescent afterwards. Chilli and other refreshments will be served.
Let’s meet at the trailhead at Grassi Lakes Parking Lot. Bring a headlamp, spare batteries, grippers, warm clothing, and a hot drink for doing a toast at the top.
