Drive from Nordic Centre to Mount Engadine Lodge parking on Smith Dorian across the entrance. Due to the trees we should be on compacted snow and a gradual incline to the lake. We will have to check the avalanche conditions the night prior to the hike. We should come across beautiful views.
At this point , as of yesterday , we should be fine with spikes. It never hurts to bring your snowshoes. I will be checking the conditions as time gets closer. Again , you can register for this hike on Wednesday the 5th. Tomorrow.
Do not forget your bearspray, grippers, snowshoes? and your lunch. Hoping to have lunch at the lake.
