Good day. Well I’m still waiting for surgery and who the heck knows when that will be. But I received a new Fusion brace and that seems to reduce the pain. So lets see how it goes.
To Register for Fridays : Register at the same time when you’re registering for the Wednesday’s hikes the week before, at 8pm.
We will meet at Harvey Heights at 10 minutes prior to 10:00 am. From there we will carpool to the traihead at Lake Minnewanka. And its probable we will do Tessa Falls.
Let’s not forget our Bear Spray and our lunches.
