The trip to Sunshine will take us up the Gondola to Sunshine Village & the the Standish chair lift to the Standish Viewing Centre. The chair lift ride will likely be cold so bring a jacket of some sort. From the Standish Viewing Deck, we will go along the Rock Isle Road to at least the Rock Isle View Point. The flowers are still lovely and the views are amazing. If you are a Bow Valley Resident with a local picture ID, the cost will be $35.00 + GST of $1.75 + $6.00 for the gas contribution. If you aren’t a resident, the cost will be $70.00 + GST + Gas Contribution. Bring your lunch, bug spray, & bear spray.
